A medieval festival at Rasnov Fortress was the occasion for an international creative seminar with workshops to develop sustainable utilisation and management models for the fortress, which is currently being renovated. 30 participants from 8 countries used the framework of the excellently conducted event (organised by Mioritics, Hands on History and the city of Rasnov) for new contacts and intensive intercultural exchange of experiences and best practices, including the cultural fortress of Sibenik (HR) and FORTE CULTURA.

The subsequent medieval festival with re-enactment groups from Norway, Sweden and Finland offered the public the opportunity to immerse themselves in European history at a fascinating location.
